Oklahoma Private Investigator Licensing Requirements

Private investigators in Oklahoma must be licensed by the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training. An applicant must be at least 21-years of age, be a U.S. citizen, be of good moral character, and have no felony convictions or convictions of moral turpitude.
